Payment and Cancellation

Reservations can be made at all apartments and rooms, including properties located outside the United States. You get charged at the moment of the booking.

Yes, cancellations are allowed.

  • Cancel 29 days or more before your stay: 90% refund

  • Cancel 15–28 days before: 50% refund

  • Cancel 7–14 days before: 10% refund

  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
